Easiest for me? Set out 3 bowls. Flour, egg, breading (cornflake crumbs, matzoh meal, panko crumbs-whatever I have).
Call dd 10 into kitchen. Tell her to have fun breading. Go read a book.
(I've done the 3 bowls, or 3 baggies too. It's time consuming, but thats why I do a lot at once. Don't have to do it too often.)
