Hi! I am making minute steak for dinner. I want to put it on top of a salad. Any recommendations for how to make the steaks and what type of salad to make?
Minute steak is lean with gristle down the middle and does best with low and slow cooking that breaks it down and tenderize the meat. Not the best over salad but would be awesome with a side of a big leafy salad.
