What do you mean by Chinese noodles? The ones in the bag from the Chinese takeout?

I would bake the chicken, and roast the sprouts

Chicken lo mein! One of my favorite dinners. There are lots of recipes with slightly different sauce ingredients so I would google to find one that you have ingredients for.

Chinese frozen (Fresh) raw noodles.
The type you put in boiling water for a minute or 2 and they’re done.

For the chicken- mix equal parts soy sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup. (Optional, add a splash of sesame oil). Brush over chicken, bake covered for 45 min, sprinkle sesame seeds, and continue baking uncovered for 30.

Noodles- cook according to package, toss with a bit of oil, sugar, soy sauce, (scallions optional) and sesame seeds

I’ve never made Brussels sprouts before. Anyone care to weigh in?

Roast chicken thighs and Brussel sprouts. You can do it in the same sheet pan. All Brussels needs is salt, pepper, some olive oil, red pepper flakes if you like. Take chicken off the bone, it will stretch it. Mix chicken and sprouts with cooked noodles. Enjoy.
