All yeshivot that are closed and unfairly received a summons should file a lawsuit, but what also has to be done is a huge expose on the issue of discrimination that is going on.
Imas, if you are a journalist or know anyone who is, start writing!

Picture a report on this story without the video evidence. The comments would be adamant that they must have been hiding something, or they must have been treating the inspector horribly, or they didn't really want to issue a summons. I mean come on, the only issue a summons because we are terrible!! |
I don't want to sound demeaning, but the dress, mannerisms, speech, lack of confidence, etc. apparent in the exchange tells me that the inspectors are temps. Think college (or high school) drop outs, etc.

It doesn't really matter how they dress, they are in official capacity and what they write and post goes.
The only way for this to change is for all to do the same, film the injustices and post on social media so that all can see how they are being unfairly summoned.
