I like Liebers.
But I haven't seen cheaper non-heimish brands in a while. I'll have to research Wegman's.

Is your name mocha mix after the pareve ice cream brand that existed many years ago?

I was wondering when somebody catch on 😂. Yes it is and my mom often bought mocha mix pareve ice cream for special desserts for shabbos.

Hands down Wegman's is the best. Not so close to my house, but worth the drive just for this. I get a bunch of the 36 oz. packages (only $5.49 and it's the size of 3 regular ones!) and it lasts a while as long as my kids don't keep going to the pantry to snack on them... Smile

Lol that’s so funny! I remember having it as a little kid and it was so yummy but I wonder what my adult self would think of it now if it existed.

For melting and dipping, Nestle's Simply Delicious is a great chocolate chip: https://www.target.com/p/nestl.....3p.ds

But Wegman's is is a very good chocolate chip for baking.

I've never had wegman's so I can't compare, but if you have a shoprite where you live I like the shoprite brand chocolate chips, called Bowl and Basket brand now. they are not gourmet or anything but they taste good in all our recipes and are real chocolate.

Oppenheimer and enjoy life are my favorites. Particularly when I use Oppenheimer people go nuts over my chocolate chip cookies. When I use other brands they're still good but not the same level.

I actually had a nickname as a kid that was a pun off the dessert name. Anyway I remember also thinking but AND Tofutti were so yummy but I think we have better pareve ice cream today. Trader Joe’s pareve ice cream is amazing
