Please do not respond if your 9 month old nurses.

How many bottles of formula and how many oz each per day?
How many solid meals/snacks per day?

I'm asking because I heard she is supposed to be finished with bottles by 1 year because it isn't good for ears/teeth and because most of her nutrition should come from food. Just figuring out best way to make sure the transition is as seamless as possible.

I'll start:

She drinks 4 bottles of formula daily - about 4 ounces each, give or take.
For now - 3 solid meals daily and 1 snack.
Hoping to add 1-2 snacks by the time she is 1, and drop the bottles completely or turn them into 3 portions of cow milk in cup after each solid meal.

Thinking back to then, I think it was 3-4 formula bottles, and 3 solid meals. Closer to her birthday we began replacing bottles with solid snacks plus a cup of milk.

Ds stopped nursing cold turkey after I had mc at 10 mos. So I switched him to red milk. I offer him about 3-4 bottles a day, approx 4 oz each. He eats 3 little meals a day(breakfast is usually farina, lunch is a slice of the bread + full fat yogurt, dinner is whatever I make for everyone) plus 2-3 snacks of crackers or baby jar.
