I clipped a recipe from mishpacha a few weeks ago for a potato/zucchini kugel but I can't find it. Can someone please post it for me thanks!!!

I always put a zucchini in my potato kugel.
One onion
One peeled zucchini
About 8 peeled Yukon gold potatoes
Four eggs
Salt and pepper
A couple tablespoons oil
Heat the oil in the pan as the oven preheats to 415. Process the vegetables, mix in the eggs, salt and pepper until well combined. Pour sizzling oil on batter, mix and pour batter into hot pan. Bake at least an hour on 415 and then lower to 375 for about two more hours. So good.
