I started that thread.
It was more an intellectual type of thread but not depressing.
Deterioration isn't in my control.

Anyway, I didn't even know it was raining today.

I just know how to go under a roof when it rains.

I didn’t know either. But my husband came home with a hat full of rain. Caught on the inside of the hat. I used the water for the chicken soup. Segula for parnasa, and mental health.

I said either or. Depends on the level of intellectualism on that given moment. Also, not always does he have a shopping bag handy. Various factors at play.

In Israel I've just been watching the beginning of the sunrise, and it looks like another beautiful day. Actually, we would appreciate some rain. So if the weather has an impact, look, for the mood to improve as the Israelis start coming on line.

Too late, sorry.

Rose coloured clouds have disappeared, now just a few greyish wisps of cloud left in a pink/orange tinted sky.

Don't forget the pine trees of the Jerusalem forest silhouetted against it all.

Now up to clear blue sky, with a scatter of pale gold clouds. And the trees are beginning to show dark green, instead of black. And I'm abandoning the commentary and getting back to my Shabbos cooking!

I regret clicking into these threads today. I’m plain heartbroken for these kids and no I’m not projecting my own trauma because bh I had no idea that such craziness even exists! I think I’m going to open an orphanage one day.

I was gonna write mazel tov before I magnified the last sentence. I can’t understand why people use some small font at times. It’s beyond the scope of my (reading) comprehension!

I still accept mazel tovs (And baby gifts) if you want to omit the size confusion you can just send a stuffed animal or blankie for the almost kallah muid. Let it still be in good condition when she meets her chasuva chasan iyh.
