I don't but I've leafed thru it once by someone. I remember it giving me an authentic Mediterranean cookbook feel. I love Mediterranean food and have many of the staple spices at home, but not all. She has an introduction that tells you which spices to mix to create the common combinations like hawaj or zaatar, but you may not have the ingredients to make those.
In summary- I think it's great for someone who's looking to expand their Mediterranean cooking experience, or to experiment with it.

Side note: I saw she's working with Chrissy Teigan on her new cookbook now.

I have the book and have cooked several recipes. You can search for them on the appropriate recipe forum as I posted my review.

Like any cookbook, I only wind up cooking a few recipes. There are some other cookbooks that I have cooked from recently which have the same kind of take on food - ie. updated fusion cuisine which is inspired by Israeli/Middle Eastern flavors.

I did like some of the recipes from Teigen's books - for what it's worth :-).

I have it. I have used some of the recipes but most are more complicated and time consuming than I'm used to so I need to prepared for that and always remember to read the instructions before starting Wink

It's a beautiful, inspiring books just wondering if I should keep it as I don't know how practical it will be for me.
