Hi does anyone have a good whole wheat sourdough recipe? I have a white one that's really tasty but haven't managed to get a nice whole-wheat one yet. thank you

Why don’t you try switching some of the white flour for whole meal ... different proportions until you like the result. That’s what I do. Smile

I've been watching videos on how to make sourdough bread (just started my first one tonight). It sounds like you need a mix of ww and regular flour. Also, if using ww you need to add water to the recipe.
