So, if you were there from beginning to end, all you need to do is ask to have a conference with the principal and teacher to discuss your concerns. Since you witnessed everything it isn't hearsay.
Go ahead and call or send an email today. Let the principal get to the bottom of it. Whether it is a bullying situation or ineffective teacher, or something else.
