Hello! I found a few recipes here and elsewhere. However, I am very, very cooking/baking stupid (like tone deaf but with food) with little to no challah experience and I'm a bit nervous about trying to adapt these spelt recipes to a small batch. I would like to use extra olive oil and about 3 cups of whole spelt flour. Maybe some honey, but I'll probably use less than the recipe would call for.
In case someone can help, I can't make hamotzi tonight unless it's on spelt, so would really appreciate a clear, easy, delicious and satisfying recipe.
(as a reminder, no white spelt or white flour, only 100% whole spelt flour)
