Bump.
Do you wear a dress under your uniform shirt? Midi skirt? Short skirt over trousers? Cotton for breathing, or synthetic for easy wear? What's the best way to do your job and dress tzanua?

I wear the uniform shirt with a long shirt under and a jeans skirt or skirt and uniform pants underneath.
Skirt is not comfortable and has to be long enough so it is tzanua when sitting on the ambulance bench above stretcher but too long is restrictive and even dangerous in some terrains. Pants alone would be amazing and let me work a lot more freely, but rav said no to only pants. I think pants under skirt are ugly but functional.
