Anyone know where to get the best deal on this, especially with Black Friday coming up?

Amazon usually has a black Friday deal on it. Thats how I got mine. Keep on checking the deal websites. it is usually on black friday itself or a day or two before.

Costco has $ 20 off so I think it ends up $67 or something. Is that a good price or can I get better than that?

I had a 6 qt needed a bigger just bought an 8 qt it has new features comes with an air fryer and a sous vide option I think it pays to pay some extra dollars for those new features I bought mine by amozon

Macy's has the 10 qt. for $89 now. Does anyone know if that is a really good price ?

Yes for that size. But keep in mind it will take longer to get to pressure than smaller ones.
