Hi,
I'm trying to make healthier lunches for my kids.
I give them a fruit, a veggie, a cheese stick and then 2 carby snacks besides a sandwich.
What kind of carby snacks can I give that are healthy/have fiber/low in sugar?
Cholov yisroel/nut free please.
