Hi,
I misplaced my marriage license (issued in NYC) and need to order a copy. The website states that all offices are closed, and lists a phone number. Nobody is picking up the phone. Is there no way to obtain a copy online? It seems like a mail-in request is the only way to do it... anyone out there can help? Thanks so much!

Thanks, I tried 311, but couldn’t reach anyone in that department either. Anyone else know how to go about this?
