It’s hilarious. It’s a bunch of former snl cast members.
The show is about directors of a show similar to snl. Hard to explain. Watch the trailer on YouTube

Downton Abbey and the Mill if you go for more historical
Loved Marvelous Mrs Maisels as well

Just realizing you asked for funny. The first two are great but not comical at all

I prefer getting recommendations from a frum site like this is because I expect to get pointed towards clean stuff.

Guess I shouldn't assume

A)you’re not OP. You werer’t the one asking for recommendations
B)it’s not my hashkafah that an adult can’t watch tv shows or movies that are Rates R. I’m sorry that you assumed that we all share your preferences and sensitivity. This site has women from all backgrounds. I personally don’t know any adult who wouldn’t watch a rated R movie for religious reasons
C) you should always specify what you ate looking for and not assume anyone can read your mind

This. And D) movies can be rated R for various reasons, and some people may have no problem with some of those reasons.

To be clear Catastrophe is British and quite raunchy. But I’m ok with that. On the other hand I won’t watch movies or tv shoes with explicit violence, so that’s my sensitivity

I'm sorry you felt attacked.

I just think it's important to mention something like that when recommending because I'm pretty confident a nice percentage (dare I say majority?) of frum women share my sensitivity to one degree or the other.
For curiosity sake I think I'll set up a poll
