Use a little baby oil and massage into scalp a little while before bath. Then use baby brush after. May take a few times.

Mustella foaming shampoo works great let sit a bit and softy scratch it off.

I got this brush for my now 1 year old and wish I’d known about it with my first born.

You use it in the bath with any baby shampoo or oil and the massage in circles. The flakes just lift right off. I now just use it as a regular brush on my daughter. She loves how it feels.

mustella also has a cream that works wonders. It's even better than the shampoo

I used the fridababy dermafrida-the flake fixer. I find that fridababy products are usually very good
