Anyone here ever made cauliflower latkes?
The goal being to have them be somewhat comparable to potato latkes in taste and texture...for someone who can no longer eat potatos due to dietary concerns...
Thanks

Can they use butternut squash? Comes out much better.
Or can they use flour added in to the cauliflower? Then it should work.

Doesnt want butternut squash because thats a sweeter taste. He wants it to be salty, similar to potato.
He's trying grain free, so a nut flour or coconut flour could be added...would that work?

The butternut squash one is salty and savory, tastes like the real deal- closest you'll get to potato latkes. But I hear you.
