really? wow! when did that happen and why? I know of quite a few families that got houses in oak and vine for around 580k

are they diff models? perhaps bigger? maybe fully detached?

call a real estate agent that deals with that area. Random people on the internet don't know unless they work for those real estate agents or are actually selling the houses.

That is the price range or going up soon. Supply and demand . Heard from someone that sells houses there

omg. guess it really does have to do with supply and demand. It's a pity though...the initial intentions of the developers was to build affordable housing for the masses moving out of brooklyn.... you're still getting more for your buck then a small condo in brooklyn going for similar pricing, but still...750k for a duplex in lakewood???

I believe you're getting a tenant as well. Don't think you'd have that in Bklyn.

Yup it’s one of the hottest places for heimish especially moving from Brooklyn
Supply and demand and still way less than brooklyn
Is Jackson cheaper?
