My dh had covid 2 years ago. every starting tasting and smelling terrible!
Lasted a full year, he tried everything. A year later he got covid again, and half of the bad taste/smell resolved. Still waiting for the rest of it to resolve.
Anyone resolved it 2 years later?

Here's the recipe:
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp crushed cloves
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Mix with 8 oz boiling hot water.
Sip slowly. Keep mixing. Drink while hot. Drink the whole thing. (The flavor was extremely strong and it was challenging to drink once my smell and taste came back, but it was totally worth it.) Only meant to be taken once. Forever. Hatzlacha.

These are all spices from the spice closet? Lol
Also I do have smell and taste, it’s just that most food taste and smell like sewer…
Will this help for it too?

I had Covid twice . Lost taste and smell both times. Lasted about a week. Be careful. I burnt food and left a baby in a dirty diaper all night because I didn’t smell anything and neither did anyone else in my house.

I've been waiting almost 2 years to get it back properly.
I can smell and taste to a certain degree, but it's not how it used to be.
And a lot of things smell so weird and different to what they used to
