Which kosher cookbook is best for a Kallah/newlywed who doesnt cook?
Has to be simple easily understood instructions with minimal ingredients.

Yup. I had no idea how to cook and Table 4 2 is the only one I used for the first 8 months or so

Yes! So much this. Totally regular recipes, but very simple with straightforward instructions. I know at least one friend who got KBD kids in the kitchen as a kallah and it was a really good launching point for her.

It would be great in addition if someone would write up a few family recipes for weeknights and shobbos. Alot of these cookbook recipes are more of a patchka that say, shobbos duck sauce chicken, Or baked ziti in a pot, mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli from a bag etc.

I agree with KBD Kids in the Kitchen. Teens in the Kitchen is great, too. I've been cooking for years and still make quite a few things from Teens.

It wasn’t just the recipes but the information. For example, it taught me that I can sauté an onion and cook any vegetable as as soup base. Gave me more confidence.

The old Nitra cookbooks, renamed the The Heimishe Cookbook. Basic recipes, familiar ingredients and easy to follow instructions.

I hate cooking. Table for two is easy, simple, stuff everyone likes and the recipes are made for two people. I love it!
