I like using parve Oreos. You can press them in and cover with batter and sprinkle crushed ones on top. Or do this in a muffin tin.

Make the batter as per instructions.
Now layer in a 9x13 in this order:

Add mini marshmallows and dark and mini white cholocate chips.
Smear with marshmallow fluff and drizzle chocolate syrup. Run lines through to make a cool design.
Add cut up chocolate bars.
Peanut butter topping

when you layer the graham crackers on top of the bottom layer of batter, how do you do that? just kind of float them on top in one flat layer? or do you crumble and sprinkle? and I assume you do all the layering before baking, and then bake all at once right? Or do you layer and bake in stages? and at what temp (I assume 350?) and for how long? Thanks!!

Thanks for all the suggestions so far everybody. Coincidentally, I just ran out of Duncan Hines mix, so I haven't been able to try them yet, but look forward to it later this week bli neder.
I also got another suggestion from a poster who wishes to remain anon: swirling esrog jelly into the batter. I don't have access to esrog jelly but I might try it with another flavor like raspberry or strawberry.

I have 2 secret recipes that I will share with you, so don't tell anyone.
1) squish defrosted kinneret or ostreicher chocolate chip cookies onto the bottom of a 9x12 pan
Cover with pareve Oreos.
Top with DH (coincidence-I think not) and bake.
2) make DH as per package. Add mini marshmallows, broken pieces of pareve Oreos and chocolate chips -the more the better.
Bake and eat!

Box of chocolate cake mix, any
Add
2 eggs
1 3/4 C parve milk
Box instant chocolate pudding.
Mix
Pour half into a pan. Add a layer of mini marshmallows. Pour rest ontop. Make sure all marshmallows are covered.
(Can substitute marshmallows with chocolate chips)
I serve this warm with ice cream.

-Add toasted hazelnuts (or peanuts, or pecans, etc) to the top of unbaked batter, press in lightly then bake.
-Chop up whatever your favorite candy bar is (or better yet, see if there are baking pieces from that brand), mix in to batter and bake
-Add a splash of sour cream and sugar to taste to one cream cheese package. Whip up with one egg. Add to the top of brownie mix and swirl. (Sorry, I couldn’t resist adding a dairy option 😁)

I float them on top. The batter is thick, so they stay in place.
Yes all layers before baking! It’s the most delicious lasagna you’ll ever eat 😋
I bake it on 350, for as long as the Duncan Hines package says to bake it for

Do you crumble before layering or float them whole?

Whole.
I crumble them for the topping only, just to be ✨ extra ✨

To a chocolate mix, optional to add a little mint extract (not sure how much, a family member tweaks it) , & before baking, topwith those green mint baking chips

Make the DH batter, pour in 9×13, bake for 5-7 min less than the box says, ( just so that its baked but not set, to be safe from raw flour and eggs) will be very gooey, cool, then freeze.
When frozen, put on a layer of whatever flavor ice cream you like, pareve or not, then freeze. Cut into squares and drizzle with a sauce that complements the flavor. I've done vanilla with peanut butter sauce, or chocolate, caramel, raspberry. Or mint ice cream with choc sauce, they're all good!
