I received a very large cooked turkey breast. It’s probably the huge chunk that the stores cut slices from with their machine.
I don’t have a machine to slice it. I don’t own an electric knife.
I don’t think it will look too appetizing if I cut it in big chunks..
Is there a way to heat it up with some type of sauce?
Anyone have any ideas?

I think it looks like this https://www.empirekosher.com/p.....reast

Cut it into slices. Even if they're not thin. Then slice into matchsticks. Delicious over a salad.
Or use the slices in a crusty baguette with lettuce, tomato, pickle, condiments.

I got the same thing from the Gelbstein box last week. I made turkey salad last Shabbos. I divided it into three pieces and put two in the freezer for future turkey salads.

You can fry up a bunch of onions and add cubes of turkey and put it into babettes. Or make a stir fry or lol mein. Or make wraps

Shred it up and make pulled BBQ turkey sandwiches or shredded turkey soup

Yum. Can freeze into sections, can "vacuum seal" by leaning on bag.

Can chop into pieces with really any kind of a salad dressing, either more traditional mayo based & perhaps with dill, some chopped vegetables like sliced celery, chopped onion, maybe frozen peas, as creative as you'd like for a type of chicken salad but with turkey instead.

Can add toasted almond slivers, craisins...
I'm hungry Smile
