I need ideas for breakfast for kids who are allergic to dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, nuts, and seeds.
My kids eat oatmeal or spelt bread toasted with non dairy butter. I wish I could give them a better breakfast, some protein would really be nice. We used to do homemade hummus but they're totally burnt out of it and don't want to see anything related to chickpeas ever again lol.
To make it more complicated, my oldest won't eat something in the morning that she doesn't consider a 'breakfast food'.
Any ideas for foods that are kid-friendly that would work for breakfast?

Can they have any vegan yogurts?

We had similar issues and finally settled on quinoa.

How about a shake or smoothie such as
Avacado banana and strawberries?

Yes!! I’m reading the ingredients of the double chocolate flavor: sugar, cocoa processed with alkali, natural flavor
And the cinnamon flavor: sugar, cocoa processed with alkali, salt, ground cinnamon, natural flavor
They also have peppermint and pumpkin. I finished those, so I don’t have the ingredient list at my disposal, but check them out! They’re delicious. You add a packet to hot milk (go with oat/ rice/ coconut)
