so how did u do since last wednesday? any change? any new comminments?
I havent gained but lost maybe one pound. I will try no eating a lot on shabbos-if that works then I will have accomplished something great.

First, sleepless, isn't it Thursday? I gained 1 and a half lbs this week adhereing pretty strictly to the plan and I have no idea why, so I am resolved to dig in and try again. If it happens again next week, believe me, I'll be screaming for help!

Since last Wednesday I lost .2 pounds.
But bear in mind that I lost more than that and then gained and then relost most of it except for .2.
