There's one in the Buzz on Coney Island, but it may only be for customers. Theres also one in Discount Variety on Avenue M (I think around East 19th) that may be only for customers.

Landaus on 18 Ave on 45 street has one open to the public. It may be closer to you than some Flatbush locations.

It's actually a window outside the store, but I don't like double parking either. I'd park around the corner if possible.
