So I’d love to get away with hubby. These are the requirements. Does it even exist?

Not Florida.

No quarantine going or coming home.

Short drive or very short flight.

Private house with beautiful scenery or lake or private pool, something exciting.

Kosher food preferred.

Minyan not necessary.

If you're following Cuomo's rules, you have to quarantine from almost any other state outside the Northeast. Kosher food can be found in almost any supermarket, but if you mean kosher restaurants, you'll be limited to big cities with large Jewish populations.

Many pools are closed for the winter, but if you're flexible about bringing your own food and/or buying from a supermarket, you could easily find a nice place with a private hot tub and great views in the Catskills or Poconos, or a little farther NH.
