I'm trying the chocolate baba meltaway babka from Kosher by Design, Cooking Coach and the dough didn't rise. What can I do with the dough now 2 hours before Shabbos that's yummy?

Oh....I think this might work. Break off small pieces of dough, flatten and place some chocolate chips in the middle. Roll onto a ball. Put each into a muffin pan that has bee sprayed with oil and then dusted with Cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes and then lower to 325 until they are golden. You can dst with cocoa sugar and use an egg wash before putting them in the oven.

I did something similar- used the filling of the recipe instead of choc chips and had crumb topping in my freezer from a recipe done previously that I threw on. A little too much dough to filling ratio but otherwise came out good. Thanks!
