I use this all the time with a 6 lb bag https://cookingwithtantrums.co.....uide/
I pour in all the liquid before adding in the salt, sugar, and flour component though.

Thanks! That’s so cool - you don’t need to adjust anything?

6 lb loose flour bag
1 cup sugar
4 T yeast
5 3/4 cup water
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
2 1/2 T salt

Mix 3/4 of the flour with sugar, yeast, water and eggs. Add 3/4 cup oil and mix again. Add salt and mix. Add remaining flour and let machine mix for 10 minutes.
Put dough in garbage bag. (Optional: Let rise for 15 min and punch in.) Rise for 1 hour. Divide dough into pieces and braid. Let rise for one more hour. Whisk 2 eggs and paint challah. Top with your favorite challah toppings. Bake on 350 for 1 hour.

This is my go to challah recipe. If you have any questions dm me.

6 lb loose flour
3 eggs
4 tbsp dry yeast
2 1/4 tbsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
5 glass room temperature water

First mix together eggs, salt and sugar, (I sift the flour then) then add rest liquid ingredients. Then the flour, slowly, a bit at a time, so it doesn't flow over.
Very easy

Rebbetzin Kanievesky's from the biography. NOT from the BY cookbooks. (Nothing wrong with those recipes but they're for 5 lb. bags.)
I wouldn't add all 6 lbs. at once. It's also possible you might need an extra cup or two but despite the recipe calling for IIRC 3 kg., I usually use about 6 lbs. of bread flour.
