Well, I live in NY, but I’m curious to know if such a school exists ANYWHERE. What am I looking for? Exactly what I posted- a therapeutic special ed vocational yeshiva high school for boys.
Could be it doesn’t exist, but maybe it does

Does it exist?
Did you find anything remotely similar or with some of those things that exists?
Trying to figure out where to send my son to highschool?
He is in special Ed public school but have been told that district thinks he will likely be in a regular high school. Would love him to be in a Jewish school. Anywhere!!!
A dorm would be amazing for him!

Sinai has a vocational program in their high school (I think it's the program based in TABC)

Darchei in far rockaway has a vocational track in highschool. Not sure if therapeutic, may be more mainstream emotionally healthy kids that just need a vocational track as opposed to all textbook.

Thanks all!!
This Doresh in Florida seems really interesting!
Will look more into it and the others mentioned as well.
I so much appreciate the quick response at a time I felt so desperate!
Something will exist! Iyh!
I will have to choose from them what’s best for my son.

I think banom lamakom is for all kinds of special needs. I know a couple of kids who went (go?) there and do not have ds. Could be that changed?

I know Kulanu in the 5 Towns teaches vocational skills as part of their curriculum - at least they did pre Covid. No idea what they are doing currently. Sorry!

You can also look into this Yeshiva in Baltimore.

http://www.neimushatorah.org/

The website isn't very impressive but I've heard wonderful things about the Yeshiva.

This school looks amazing. I wish they had more schools like that for girls.
