Which names are typical, or more popular, in the chassidish world than you'd hear in the MODERN or yashivish world? Or which names are typically heard of regardless your culture?

ruchy and esty and chany and rivky and leah, sury are more popular in the chasidish world.
Some yiddish names like Shaindy, Raizy, Zisy, Gitty, pessy, Miri (not Miriam), Perry, Goldy, Libby, Idy, did not lose their appeal despite them being Yiddish.

Culture is culture. Dont be a monkey see, monkey do, but on the other hand, give a name that is not shameful for the child.

I dont really see a difference between names in Chassidish or Yeshivish circles. Its more about the frequency of certain names. In other words, the class lists will look different bec there are more of certain names in Yeshivish vs Chassidish circles and vice versa. Also certain names are generally not used in Chassidish (Ahuva, Shira, Basya, Shoshana, Naomi etc..) . There are also popular names in certain Chassiduses.

The other ones are Hebrew words where the Yiddish equivalent is used by Chassidish

You're not really going to meet girls names Frimet, Yachet, Mishket, Pella in the yeshivish world but that's fine by the Chassidim.

Also yeshivish people will give names like Avigayil, Ahuva, Zehava that don't go by Chassidim.

Mushka is common in Lubavitch not by Chassidish in general
Pella is not such a common name by chassidish either.
Yachet used to be more uncommon but I think some grandmas with large families started having descendants with this name after them, that it became more poplar

From my own perspective, there are certain nicknames that are more Chassidishe vs yeshivish.
Shiffy. That ime tends to be a Chassidishe nickname. Though I know many Shifras.
Chevy for Yocheved also more Chassidishe.
Ruchi, Brochi, Suri for Chassidishe vs Rochi, Brochi, Sori for Chassidishe.

Not wrong but just not used like we also have no Penina, Shulamit, Yael, Elisheva, Tamar, or very rarely hear Hadassah type. I guess grandmothers didn't have these names.

It's not about wrong, just trends. Chassidish mostly name after their ancestors, so basically it's a repeat of European shtetl names, that their grandmas were named.

After a rebbetzin is niftar, you will see an influx of that name by that Chassidus. ( even if it was a weird or uncommon name before)

So even if these were names that were uncommon before & not typical names, it becomes common later

Some chasidish names are popular now in both the MO as well as not Jewish world. Such as bailey, kayla, layla

There is one family in Monroe that I heard about, that has Mishket. I personally don't know any, so not so popular

Some chassidish Elisheva/Batsheva will call themselves Shavy.
Hadassah calls on nickname Dassi.
Penina in Yiddish is Pearl/perel/Perry

Most Chassidish Shavy are named Sheva by itself or Tsheva. There are a few Hadassahs but it is uncommon. There are no Peninas.
