I ordered a customed size and colour...
When they deliver they said, sorry we made a mistake in the colour... we guess it doesnt matter....
I cried ! DH was so upset that I cried for such a stupid thing  | It is understandable, when you get your hopes up , and then have little to no control when things don't go as planned. Big hug from me to you. We almost bought an expensive couch With features we liked. But I was deterred by the delivery date being over 4 months away (might not have even arrived by pesach. We settled for a gently used couch that was available immediately.

I have my great-grandmother's couch, and it's one of my most prized possessions.
(She always called it a "davenport".)
