I have been trying to say nishmas for 40 days for a specific yeshua
I forgot to say it today ( shabbos ) but said it when I davenEd shachris
Does anyone know if that counts or if I have to start my count over?

I think it is important to remember this is not halacha.
That said, the "instructions" I have say that on Shabbos it is sufficient to say the Nishmas in davening.
May Hashem answer out tefillos for good.
