Off topic but once at this time of year I saw a peppermint flavored rice drink. Wonderful for homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Mehadrin makes the best no sugar hot cocoa mix - but it is hard to find.
Second best is Liebers.

These are cholov yisroel. Don't know how national brands taste - but you can find these
Ch.Y. in most kosher groceries.

On this topic:
Does anybody know why in the recent past they seemed to stop selling diet hot chocolate? they used to sell the diet version next to the regular version, and now I don't see it in most stores anymore.
I also make my own hot chocolate using cocoa powder, unsweetened almond milk, and sweetener. Sometimes I even throw in a scoop of coffee.
