Anyone have a sugar cookie recipe without eggs? Scared toddler will eat some dough while shaping the cookies. Tia

Are you worried about salmonella?

If so, there are pasteurized eggs which are safe.

You can google vegan sugar cookies as there are plenty of recipes without eggs but if I were baking I would go with a tried and true recipe using safe eggs unless you specifically wanted to make vegan cookies.
