I just had two siblings weddings. I actually dressed my four year old in a suit. there are some really pretty navy suits that are velvet. I did two different funkier type of suits and he looked adorable.

Suspender shorts/knickers with a bowtie on the shirt. Matching cap. I think a suit is too mature for a 4 year old.

I thought the same. However, I ended up putting a suit on him to match his older brother. It ended up being adorable. I do not like one color suits. For one wedding he wears suit that was half gray and half white. It was really funky, he had a flower in it and a bow tie as well. The other suit we bought a black pants, and it had a black and gold jacket and he wore a black and gold yarmulke and a black bow tie. He looked adorable.

I got my 3 year old a velvet suit from Sirri, not sure if they deliver to the US but they are pretty reasonable. For my 1 year old I found on etsy a nice shorts with suspenders and really not expensive. It will be custom made in velvet for 35
