Need help with this as I am so not good at this.
He really has everything he needs. I can’t buy him a gift card.
He likes cars, cooking bbq, likes wine.
Something to do with one of theses.
Really need to give him something nice.
Any suggestions.

$10 isn't much to buy something "really nice", especially for a guy who has a everything. If times are hard for you, maybe something handmade or personalized with his name would be easier than trying to find something extra nice at that price point.
A paperback cookbook, or your own personally printed out selection of BBQ recipes or favorite wines.
An apron with his name on it.
A bottle of gourmet BBQ sauce with a nice note.
A printout of some quote about wine that you make nicely with a color printer, and frame, to go near a wine rack.

All great ideas.
If you sew, you can make him an apron and matching chef's hat.
