There should be an option for no because I’m nursing, which is a big reason many women don’t fast the other fast days besides Yom Kippur an tisha bav

No. I was planning on it but I went to sleep with a headache and woke up with a bigger headache and I have to work. There's a chance I might be pregnant so I dont feel so guilty about it

As per my rav. For women: Mothers with young children. Nursing. Pregnant. Or just plain bad fasters. Shouldn't fast.

No I am not fasting.
I only fast YK and Tisha Bav. I have a heter to not fast on other fast days because I suffered from a severe eating disorder and fasting triggers my starvation/binge/purge cycle.

Yes. We hold women have the same chiyuv, unless reason not to (pregnant, nursing, health issue etc).
