Can you share the recipes you are enjoying from this book? I am wondering whether to keep it or exchange it for something else.

Chicken with peas
Spinach quiche
Sweet potato purée (variation of parsnip purée)

On my list for this week: haloumi cheese salad
Chicken with peas again and sweet potato purée again

Thank you! You plan your menu for the week? That is impressive.
Do you find that the recipes are just rehashed older recipes or newer ideas?

I plan for the week because I only shop once during the week.

I'm not sure about your question- I haven't seen these specific recipes anywhere else but they're not necessarily earth shattering new recipes, just great wholesome twists.
For example, the quiche has no sautéed onions which means a)it's really quick and easy to make and b) it tastes good to me cold/ at room temperature (I hate the taste of cold sautéed onions)

In your op it sounds like you have it already. Did you look through to see if you like it?

I received the book as a gift and skimmed the pages. I thought the recipes were very basic and not original. For example, I was surprised to see teriyaki salmon in the book.

Everyone has their own tastes.
I love it.
