Do you or your DH spend time learning with some or all of your children, beyond helping with school assignments? If so, how long and how often for what age? And what do you learn together? Has it been fun? What has worked well and what hasn't?

We do.
I'm learning Nach Yomi with one son. Another son is learning hilchot tefillin with my husband. I'm learning Chumash with my daughter and my other son. My husband and two of our sons learned mishna for the shloshim of his grandmother.
I think that it's important to learn things outside of the classroom too.

I've learned with two of my daughters for a Chidon HaTanach.
I've learned with one Pirkei Avot for her bat mitzva. She lost patience with waiting for me to be available and finished up by herself.
My husband said he'll learn mishna with a son for his bar mitzva in 2 years but so far nada.

Do you mean only religious? My eldest and I have a kind of macabre thing we learn together. Well, it’s not really learning. Or maybe it is. But it’s for a reason.

Yes, whatever we would like to supplement. Halacha, mishna, gemara, dikduk, navi, parasha.

I was thinking about religious learning, yes, but now you have piqued my curiosity

I learn chumash rashi with my son, because he is trying to do learn two aliyahs a week of the parsha.
He likes doing it with me, because then he gets special attention time.
And it's interesting to see, and try to teach him, lots of basics he doesn't know.
Like how the prefix or suffix of the word affects it.
