Does bais yaakov 14th ave. allows the 3 yr olds to wear pants? Or skirts dresses is a must?

No pants or leggings.
It’s a yeshivish school.

Dunno if all Bais Yakov's are like that, but BYBP from 3 is in dresses or skirts.

My limited experience when my kids were that age (we have playgroup not formal school) when school started in the fall the girls were split some wearing skirts and some in pants and by the end of the school year no more pants. 4 year old nursery requires skirts/dresses so for many its a transition year where they start to get used to sitting nicely in a skirt before its required by dress code.

Most Bais Yaakovs require skirts/dresses from nursery and up.

If you want to keep your kid in pants for nursery send them to playgroup and start them in school the next year. Most BY schools don't allow pants in any grade even if the kids are 3.
