I just saw that article today!
I also haven’t been able to find manicotti tubes in months. Not online, not at Jewish or standard grocery stores where I live.

Even if the filling is the same, manicotti is qualitatively different than lasagna or stuffed shells. I WANT MANICOTTI.

Years ago my cousin asked me what flavor pasa I wanted. She meant shape but she was right. pasta tastes like its shape. So I regularly ask my kids what flavor pasta they want.

I chose tagliatelle before taking the quiz. Turns out I'm a ravioli.

At first I only saw the poll and didn't realize there was a quiz. I chose spaghetti because it is classic and goes with everything but it's very hard to get and the most likely to get messy Tongue Out
