Any tips how to sleep train an 11 month old? She is waking up multiple times at night. I only feed her once and the other times just rock her for a few minutes and then put her back in. Any ideas what's the best way to get her to sleep straight?

How does she fall asleep the first time you put her in at night?

She goes in nicely without being rocked.

I'd ignore when she wakes up in the middle of the night.

What happens if you don't go in? I would only go if she's crying badly if she's just whimpering or talking I would let her fall asleep on her own. If she is crying go in and rub her back but don't take her out.

Where does she sleep? If in your room, time to move her out. Then, ignore her those few times that she doesn’t need food.

Time to try the Ferber method, then. Stop patting her when she wakes up. You go in and soothe her with your voice. “Time to go to sleep now. Good night”. Kiss. Walk out. Rinse and Repeat as necessary until she’s asleep again.
