Mix up honey and tomato sauce and season to taste. Stir fry the chicken and veggies and then add the sauce for a few minutes until thickened.

You can use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. It has a lot less sodium then soy sauce.

I do the smallest drop of duck sauce (like a teaspoon for a whole pan)
Do amino acids have the same amount of sodium? Cuz would do that with sesame oil and maple syrup

Can you have salt? I fry an onion for a long time till carmelized....add sliced fresh mushrooms....and pieces of chunked chicken breast. Saute till cooked thru. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and some pepper. Serve over rice.

I use amino acids (available in the health food section) instead of soy sauc. mix honey, mustard, and amino acids.
I dont do it for sodium, but because soy is a hormone interrupter and not good for you in general
