Does anyone have a meat sauce recipe without tomato sauce?

You can make a delicious pumpkin sauce with a can of pure pumpkin puree, some parve milk to make it creamy, fresh garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Or make a parve white bolognese sauce.
You can also just brown the beef with lots of sautéed vegetables and seasoning, and then thicken with a pre-mixture of cold water and spoon of corn starch, that is added last to thicken it all up.
