Lasts long in fridge.
I don’t think you have to toss it if left outside a few hours, especially in the winter.

Nish nosh. Can definitely last for months, and can even use if left out unrefrigerated for a couple of days.

I buy the ceaser always, but we like the nish nosh and the pesto as well.
It has expiration dates.
I wouldn't use if left out.
