Guess you haven't gotten very along in the series.

I don’t like the explicit actual relations scenes but ok with the more subtle s-xual stuff (him pleasuring her) Crude to me is relations with shock value. This was sweet and pleasurable between spouses

The BBC Pride and Prejudice is great and has zero sec. season 4 of the crown. Greys Anatomy early seasons. Gilmore Girls.

"Reign" is still one of my favorites. Great acting, gorgeous costumes (although not historically accurate at times.) It's just overall visually lush and enchanting.
Zex scenes are pretty tame compared to Bridgerton.
If you're on Netflix, go to "genre" and search for "historical drama". You'll find lots of great stuff to choose from.

Thanks for the review! I wanted to start this show but I was scared of the sx scenes. Bridgerton was done very well but overdone in the explicit department.
Off topic- Did girls really not know anything even after they married? Isn’t that basically rape? Also, the fact is was so historically inaccurate (black queen and nobels- not that I have anything against black people it was just very fake.) was annoying.
