Anyone have info on how I can start this diet? It’s a Jewish version of OA. How do I get a sponsor? Anyone?

I don't know how to get info on it but know that it is not a 'jewish version of OA'. From those I know who did it and later ended up on OA it doesn't include the same level of stepwork and eventually reintroduces trigger foods, didn't work for people in the long run. You are much better off the traditional OA and networking, there are many frum people on program out there!!
