What about soups? I made a soup with veggies, including lots of carrot and some sweet potato, that was delicious with mushrooms in it. Or a mushroom soup.

Stir fry? Omelette?

Donate to a food bank?

Sauté the mushrooms with an onion and mix with a box of cooked orzo.

I wasn't looking to be Anon. I just know I'll get more suggestions if it's anan enabled. That was my experience.

Mushroom barley soup
Mushroom rice/orzo/kasha
Mushroom omelet
Sautee and put in salads
Tongue in mushroom sauce
Sautee and use as chummus topping
Save for later use

Is this left over from the panic buying last year? I'm still occasionally finding unexpected items on my shelf that I normally wouldn't buy.

My mom makes a vegetable rolls like like with deli except instead of deli she puts we like spinach and broccoli but you can make a mushroom one or even mix the mushroom with other vegetables and make a vegetable like deli roll

I have a really good blended mushroom soup, with chicken strips. My mom makes it as a soup, I do the same recipe as a one pot meal. Let me know if you want the recipe, I'll post it.

Mix in with rice.

I was thinking mushroom barley soup cuz I love it. But can I make it with canned mushrooms? I always use only fresh.

Mushroom barley soup, mushroom salad, sauté with onion and mix with orzo.
Pour over rice and spice well with onion soup mix. Bake for an hour covered.

If you use mushrooms on Pesach and they're KLP and not due to expire anytime soon, save them for Pesach.

Make quiche
Saute with onions. Add frozen spinach. Cook until defrosted. Add onion soup mix, a bunch of eggs, light mayonnaise, cornflake crumbs, shredded cheese. Spray cooking spray on rounds pans. Bake for an hour. Yum
